Identify, dev
elop and direct the implementation of business strategy
Plan and direct the organizations activities to achieve the targets
Recruit, select and develop executive team and faculty members
Direct functions and performances via the executive team
Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets
Maintain standards for financial performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory and official bodies
Build Strategic Alliances and Corporate Relations
Manage and fire fight Legal and Operational issues
Good knowledge of Education Marketing (BTL activities, ground promotional activities, planning strategies, handling a marketing team)
Manage the entire HR and IT Gamut
Report to Chairman, shareholders, parent board on organizational plans and performance
Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards, as referenced in
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Ability to develop financial plans, marketing plans and manage resources |
