Plan and implement dealer development, sales and account management activities, marketing events for focused customers, road shows and exhibitions with the objective to be a primary commercial interface in the sales of construction equipment products within the defined business plan and budgets for the region. to resolve issues, plan and implement activities for direct sales with identified accounts, finalize with dealer commercial terms like discounts, payment schedules, customer service agreements to support the dealer in increasing sales. Monitor market trends and competitor activity regional sales volume, upcoming projects and report to Head Sales for review of company plans in order to improve sales strategies and achieve targets. Organize marketing and promotional activities such as customer meets, road shows, customer visits to overseas job sites, demo locations and factories, collect market feedback, develop and implement corrective action plan to enhance image with respect to target audience. Visit customer site, identify areas of concern, work jointly with service and dealer teams to resolve issues to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.
BE (Mechanical) with 10 to 15 years of work experience in construction equipment industry in a sales profile in direct as well as channel sales. |
