Job Description	:	Responsible for IMS (Integrated Management System) To i mpart trainings and Drive TPM and WCM in Plant, WCM practices in different dept. Responsible for Training and Development (Identifying Training Needs, maintaining data and ensuring effectiveness of training Exposure of IMS and Quality Systems (ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and OHSAS-18001) certification. Hands on experience in TPM Implementation. Should have strong conceptual knowledge of Training WCM Policy Deployment DWM TPS Good presentation and communication skills
Minimum Experience	:	10 Years
