Job Description	:	Looking for High potential candidates MBA / Post Graduation from reputed management institutes with an Engineering background, 1- 3 years of experience ( in Sales / Marketing , Purchase/SCM and Human Resource. Should be ready for challenging and international accelerated projects. Ability to prepare themselves through the program for fast track career so that they can be given the responsibility of senior management at their early stage in their career. If you believe you are the future leader- Apply Now Previous work experience of 1 - 3 yrs for engineering domains - experience in project management environment is preferred. For corporate functions - prior experience in any of the general management area is must. Strong leadership abilities.
