Hands on experience in design, tryout and repair or maintenance of Machining, Inspections and Welding Fixtures.
Should be able to read engineering drawings.
Exposure in Autocad and Catia.
Hands on experience in Four Wheeler Automobile Company.
Knowledge about Faro Arm portable CMM.
Should be able to guide designers for design of Jigs and Fixtures.
Maintenance of Jigs and Fixtures in following area:
Engine machine shop, Engine Assy., Gearbox Assy., BIW and future projects.
Regular PM activity includes: Includes replacing of damaged wear parts.
Any type of improvements, Kaizens, Mistake proofing of Fixtures.
Trouble shooting and Support to Vendors.
Converting all red points into Green points in all areas.
Ensuring 100 percent uptime and 100 percent adherence to PM plan of Fixture repairs. |
